1. Venmo – Splitting the rent for the month, paying back your roommate for that time you borrowed cash for Taco Bell, or pitching in for gas can all be part of the college experience that might be a bit more uncomfortable than we like to admit. Using Venmo, a payment system app, can help you pay back your roommates and friends immediately without having to worry about remembering.

2. Mint – Another nifty app to use for money, Mint helps you budget and keep tabs on all of your accounts in a secure and safe way.

3. Google Drive – Google Drive and Google Docs are easily becoming some of the most used technique and way that college students collaborate for group projects – and even better, there’s an app for that to help you out!

4. Chegg – This app is a unique way to help you with your book buying. Using this app will help you find the cheapest available textbook for you as well as give you homework help!

Had Brainscape pro once before and loved it. Renewed my subscription for it through AppleID subscriptions. Shows as renewed in AppleID and parts of Brainscape, but still don't have FULL access to Brainscape for which I paid. Wrote THREE (3) emails with screenshots to the addresses in the app, and I've gotten no response. Finally wrote to Apple. Track your students'progress. Assign studying or flashcard creation as 'homework'; analyze students' study habits and identify weaknesses. Make flashcards together. Or individually. Brainscape allows teachers to organize 'decks', add images & sounds, and manage students' editing permissions. The Brainscape Pro subscription can be purchased within the app, in billing increments of Monthly ($9.99 billed monthly), Semiannually ($29.99 billed every 6 months), and Annually ($35.99 billed yearly), as well as a Lifetime subscription option for $79.99. I used to love Brainscape but have found that they are consistently screwing over their long-time users. For more than two years - before announcing they were going to start making users pay - they promised to create an Android app and to make it possible to study cards in reverse. I stayed loyal waiting for these features to get implemented.
